AI / Full Stack Engineer

This is the role closest to what we actually sell. Clients come to us with a working web product and one workflow that should be automated or one search that should be smarter. You build that feature, properly, and ship it into their codebase.

What you will do

• Build full-stack features in TypeScript, React and Next.js, with Python or Node on the server where it fits
• Integrate LLM APIs and build retrieval pipelines that return answers a user can trust
• Own features end to end, from scoping the work through deployment and monitoring
• Write code someone else can change in a year, with tests where they earn their keep
• Talk to clients directly about scope and trade-offs, rather than through a project manager

What we are looking for

• Three or more years building and shipping web applications
• Strong TypeScript, and comfort with React and a modern framework
• Hands-on work with LLM APIs, vector search or retrieval systems - production, not a tutorial
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud
• Clear written English; most of our clients are in the US, UK and Gulf

Small senior team, no middle layer. You talk to the client and to the founder directly, and you own what you ship from scope through to production.
