Brand & Creative Designer
Own the visual language across brand, campaign and social - for our clients and for us.
This role spans identity work and the weekly creative that keeps a campaign alive. You will build systems other people can use without you in the room.
What you will do
- Build brand systems: identity, type, colour, and the rules that keep them intact
- Produce campaign and social creative that holds up at thumbnail size
- Turn a positioning line into something people actually stop for
- Keep a client’s brand consistent across every asset we ship for them
What we are looking for
- A portfolio showing both identity work and campaign execution
- Strong typography - it is the fastest tell
- Comfortable working to someone else’s brand guidelines as well as your own
- Motion or video editing is a bonus, not a requirement
How we work
Small senior team, no middle layer. You talk to the client and to the founder directly, and you own what you ship from scope through to production.
