SEO / AEO / GEO Strategist
Own organic and AI-era search: traditional SEO, plus making sure clients appear inside AI answers.
Search is splitting in two. Half your job is the discipline you already know; the other half is working out how a brand shows up when the answer is generated rather than listed. We do not think anyone has fully solved the second part, and we would rather hire someone honest about that.
What you will do
- Run technical and content SEO for client sites, from audit through to implementation
- Build our practice in Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimisation
- Measure what actually moved, and say so when something did not
- Work with engineers on fixes rather than filing a report and leaving
What we are looking for
- Two or more years of hands-on SEO with results you can describe specifically
- Technical enough to read a Core Web Vitals report and know what to do
- Genuine curiosity about how LLMs surface and cite sources
- Allergic to vanity metrics
How we work
Small senior team, no middle layer. You talk to the client and to the founder directly, and you own what you ship from scope through to production.
