One URL in, a finished property listing out
A Dubai real-estate agency was building off-plan listings by hand, three to five a day. We automated the whole thing behind a single pasted link, and they now publish at least 100 a day.
The problem
A Dubai real-estate agency was publishing off-plan property listings by hand.
A complete listing on a competitor's site carries 50 to 100 or more information points, plus floor plans and brochures that sit behind lead-capture forms. Building one listing meant hours of copying fields, filling in forms to unlock PDFs, downloading every file and image, and uploading it all again.
The team could manage three to five listings a day at best, against a much larger competitor with a full team doing the same job.
What we built
We built an automation that takes exactly one input: a URL.
- It reads the whole project page and every data field on it.
- It submits the gated forms itself to retrieve the floor plans and brochures.
- It downloads every PDF and image.
- It re-uploads all of the media into the agency's WordPress site, preserving the file structure.
- It publishes the complete listing with everything attached.
The operator pastes one link. Everything else happens without them. The admin side sits behind a fully custom WordPress interface so the team never has to touch the plumbing.
The result
Three to five listings a day became at least 100 a day. Same team, one pasted link per listing.
That is more than twenty times the throughput. It is also a count rather than a forecast: listings either got published or they did not.
The lesson we took from it is the one we now apply everywhere. The best automation is not the clever one. It is the one that shrinks a person's job down to a single, obvious action.
