A multi-branch fitness business in Islamabad running memberships, training, a café and more. We built the management platform that brings memberships, member analytics and ordering into one system.

The problem
VostroWorld is a fitness business in Islamabad with branches in F-11 and G-13. It is far more than a gym floor: personal training, a class studio, a nutrition clinic, an in-house healthy café, physiotherapy and an academy.
Running all of that across branches with separate tools means duplicated records, no clear picture of members, and staff switching between systems all day.
What we built
We built the management platform behind the business.
- Membership management across branches, in one place.
- Member analytics, so the team can see who is active, who is lapsing and what they use.
- Scheduling for training and classes.
- Ordering for the in-house café, including doorstep delivery.
The result
Memberships, analytics, scheduling and ordering now run through one system instead of a collection of separate tools.
It is the clearest example in our work of operationally complex business software: many moving parts, real staff using it every day, and data that has to stay consistent across all of it.
